
Overview
Established in 1996, the IAS Management Development Forum hosts lectures by leading Indian and American experts on management topics of contemporary value aimed at corporate members of the society at CEO and executive levels.
The objectives of IAS Management Development Forum are to:-

Equip Indian Managers to become Global Managers in the new environment after liberalisation and economic reforms in India. |

Enlarge on the rich experience of IAS in training and development for over 35 years. |

Create a highly respected Forum for Management Development, with the best of Faculty, benefitting from the highest level contacts and credibility of the IAS amongst renowned translational corporations. |

Extend training and development beyond the conventional framework of management, into areas of overall development. |

Focus on the synergy between India and America to adapt the training expertise in USA and the Western World to the specific requirements of Indian Business and Industry. |
This Forum has been formed in keeping with the resolute decision of IAS to be VIBRANT, RELEVANT AND USEFUL. A task force has already been formed, consisting of some of the top level executives - both Indians and Americans. At present, this consists of :- Top level industry leaders, many of whom are Past Presidents of IAS who are Patrons of this Forum. The Forum also consists of an Advisory Board, comprising of CEO’s of Corporations, Academics and Experts in Management Development fields.
